For a long time, I’ve been thinking about how to practice dance more
efficiently. If I had to describe dance in simple terms, I would say
it’s about
muscle memory + feeling.
The class consists of 4 sessions each month. The first three focus on building basics and muscle memory, while the fourth is a freestyle session where students apply what they've learned.
In the basics classes, students practice core techniques and improve muscle response, while the freestyle class enhances improvisation and personal style. This cycle repeats monthly, ensuring steady progress in both technique and creative expression.
