Class Overview

For a long time, I’ve been thinking about how to practice dance more efficiently. If I had to describe dance in simple terms, I would say it’s about 
muscle memory + feeling.

The class consists of 4 sessions each month. The first three focus on building basics and muscle memory, while the fourth is a freestyle session where students apply what they've learned.

In the basics classes, students practice core techniques and improve muscle response, while the freestyle class enhances improvisation and personal style. This cycle repeats monthly, ensuring steady progress in both technique and creative expression.

Focus On Feeling

  • Improve freestyle dance with any music, focusing on listening to music and expressing it through movement
  • This program offers a different theme each week to help express yourself through improvised dance in various ways

  • Dance session / cypher (experience dancing with others)
  • Exploring dancing to a variety of music genres
  • Mindset, efficient ways to practice (mental training)
  • Making your own moves (creativity)

Yes, if you are not satisfied after the class, we offer a refund. Additionally, if you are unable to complete the remaining sessions due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund the unused portion of your tuition or roll it over to the next session.
